Dancing Goat Distillery is a family-owned and operated business located in Cambridge, Wisconsin. After breaking ground in 2016 and multiple expansions, we’ve become one of the largest distilleries in the state, with 34,000 square feet of space. Our equipment includes two continuous column stills and two pot stills. We produce a wide variety of spirits, including bourbon, rye whiskey, brandy, and gin.
We introduced the first true Kentucky-style open-air rickhouse to the state of Wisconsin in 2021. At five stories high with capacity for 7,800 barrels, we are excited to allow the Wisconsin terroir to impact our whiskey with this tried-and-true aging method.

Come out and step into our production facility for a one-hour tour. Guests will be walked throughout the production floor learning how the Dancing Goat turns grain into one of our signature spirits.
Tour + Guided Sampling
During this ninety-minute experience, guests will be walked throughout the production floor learning how the Dancing Goat turns grain into one of our signature spirits. After an in-depth discussion of how spirits are produced and aged, you’ll step into our spirits vault for a guided sampling. Come on in and taste a little, learn a lot, and share stories that have been crafted for decades. Price includes a special Dancing Goat Glencairn glass.
Cocktail Class
Join us for a ninety-minute classic cocktail course based on our award-winning spirits. You’ll enjoy a Limousin Rye old-fashioned while touring the production area and discussing the basics of distillation. We’ll adjourn to the Spirts Vault, where you’ll be guided through a second cocktail of your choice. Our team is thrilled to demystify cocktail builds, discuss how we riff on classics, and empower you to craft like the pros!
Gin Academy
The Dancing Goat Gin Academy invites guests to become distillers and make their own 750ml bottle of gin to take home, on a beautiful copper alembic mini-still. Participants will distill their own unique gin, selecting from 15 botanicals in a two-hour experience.
