The Brandy
We went out and found what we truly believe is the best brandy in the world. We put it in barrels, rested it in our rickhouse, and bottled it at 86 proof. Our package features our rickhouse, surrounded by Glory of the Snow flowers and a beautiful Wisconsin sunset. The artistic nature of our label is also representative of our brandy’s tasting notes. We believe southern Wisconsin has one of the best terroirs for spirits maturation in the world. Try our brandy to see for yourself.
The Nose, Flavor & Finish
Dancing Goat Brandy offers notes of soft grape soda, buttery white wine, flowers, white sugar, and hints of vanilla and caramel. A chorus of sweet floral aroma reveals an unexpected rich resinous swell of caramel and vanilla on the palette. What is on the surface is not always what lies beneath.
Old Fashioned
2 oz Dancing Goat Brandy
2 to 3 dashes Angostura® bitters
1 sugar cube
2 orange slices (one to muddle, one for garnish)
2 brandied cherries (one to muddle, one for garnish)
Club soda, Sprite® or Squirt®
Add the bitters, orange slice, cherry and sugar cube to a rocks glass and muddle to combine. Add ice to fill the glass, then add Dancing Goat Brandy. Top with club soda, Sprite® or Squirt® and stir to chill. Garnish with a skewered cherry and orange slice.
